We are a generation which is disorientated tumbling through space and time, being forced to forget what is really important. Out of confusion and chaos something new will develop, and will be brought to light. It is in our hands if we would like to face or deny our future.

The foundation of this album was build up since 2011 with the first few songs. Right from the beginning it was planed to be a ten track album with just my voice, guitar, and some harp. I wanted it to sound as natural and dynamic as possible. After the songwriting and composing phase all songs were recorded in a quiet simple DIY home setup. I used a high quality field recorder, some good microphones, just a few basic mostly analogue effects, proper monitors, and as little computer editing as possible. One track for voice and harp each, and a double track for the guitar.

I reject the ‘Loudness War’! But I say yes to more dynamics. So do yourself a favor and buy some proper reasonable audio equipment. Don´t forget to push the volume on your amplifier! For me it is not an audiophile hipster attitude, it is about the future and sense of music. A vinyl version is planed for the near future, while a digital CD version of the album makes no sense for me. Of course you can get the best lossless version on lovely Bandcamp!
